Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 cup of fine oatmeat
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of tea ( irish black tea)
2 teaspoon of carob
dash of salt
Beet FILING:
1 larger shredded beet
1 cup of soaked sunflower seed
6 dried dates
2 teaspoon of carob
Apple FILING:
6 smaller shredded apples
1/2 cup of dried raisins
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
few drops of lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients and keep processing until mixture will hold together. Then, distribute the mixture evenly on pie plate.
2. Next, prepare the beet filling: process all ingredients in your food processor. Arise the very soft beet filling, that add into crust.
3. Then, add a banana.
4. and again add beet filling.
5. Finally, prepare the apple filling, mix shredded apples with raisins, cinnamon and add few drops of lemon juice.
6. Put the cake in the fridge for a minimum 2 hours.
